Singer/songwriter Robert Dante discovered and began developing his talent for playing piano at the early age of 6. As a teenager, he acquired a taste for early jazz standards, inspiring him to further explore his creativity. Robert trained in both classical and jazz theory and performance, studying under the tutelage of renowned jazz pianist Tamir Hendlemen. His exceptional talent earned him numerous, prestigious awards and scholarships including the following: The David Alpert Scholarship at Los Angeles City College, The Leslie P. Clausen Scholarship, also at Los Angeles City College, and The National Honor Society at The University of Central Florida.

Robert Dante's credits include composing and producing soundtracks for such independent films as "The Painting Lesson" and "Little Things". He has also enjoyed working with a variety of internationally known artists such as Alfie Agius of the popular 80's band THE FIXX, Linda Cole in conjunction with the 2002 PBS JAZZ SERIES, Anthony Cole and Doug Matthews of THE SAM RIVERS BAND, Richard Bravo who plays percussion for the enormously successful RICKY MARTIN, and guitarist Pedro Navarro, who plays for latin sensation CHAYANE.
Robert is currently working with multi-platinum producer Salaam Remi whose successful ventures have included projects with such artists as the early 1990's group THE FUGEES, as well as solo projects with both LAURYN HILL and WYCLEF JEAN, NAS, SHABBA RANKS, and the Grammy Award Winning CARLOS SANTANA.

With an eclectic variety of influences and a broad range of well-developed talents, Robert Dante's music displays both intelligence and sensitivity with an infectious pop element to support its potential for mass appeal.
